Have you ever wondered what happeneds to all that unused CBTV footage besides making My Obsession? Well apparantly is gets archived...and just sits on Eric's hard drive somewhere at the office...well not any more.

This video was for a CBTV episode in October of '08. This video was filmed by management and shows the live...

I'm going to be recieving some videos over time that i'm going to post here for you all to see...and as for the other version of My Obsession...i'm still waiting for the YES to post it...!

And yes i will be posting this video to youtube in a couple days if the player is giving you trouble because you have a slow connection speed...

Now gather ‘round, kiddies, and kiss this g--wait...wrong band...with much better videos all the way through if I may say so myself.

It’s been nagging me a little, the My Obsession video. Maybe more than a little. It’s discussion time, ladies (and gentlemen, if you’re out there).

See, I want everyone’s unbiased (see, non-fangirlin’) opinion (when I say everyone, I mean everyone) on the video in question. Think like a fan, think like a non-fan, think like someone who’s never seen the material before, or think like someone who’s seen all the CB TV episodes with the video footage in it...that’s on you guys. We’re not here to flatter anyone in this case and I’m almost positive that the band would want our opinion on the matter. “Haters make you famous” and all that, even though we’re entitled to hate something they do because we’ve been with them for X number of days, weeks, months, YEARS if you were so lucky as to find them in the very beginning.

Some of us loved it, some of us hated it, some of us are more or less like “That could’ve been amazing if (insert 582957402 ifs)...” Some of us obviously wanted the others to have more screen time (because, last time I checked, there were five members of Cinema Bizarre).

Oh, and the *ahem* best part is that they cancelled dates over this. They showed us the majority of the video of the period of several months (I’m assuming because they and everyone else figured “Shit...it leaked...okay, we can’t use it otherwise,” and tossed it on CB TV so it wouldn’t go to waste) and, suddenly, all these months later, someone went “You need a new singl--WAIT!” And it all got ‘revived’.

Now, I haven’t been on long enough to see whether the apparent second version is any better than the first, if it’s been uploaded, but I don’t hold much hope for it unless there’s some slash somewhere in it...and despite the fact that I don’t like the video, I still have love for the song. Even though, admittedly, I ended up with the leak somehow at one point, but now I have not one, but two legal copies of the song because I’m crazy/occasionally lucky like that.

Anyway, that’s it for my rant for the moment. Let’s hear yours.

EDIT: Second version is to be premiered on VIVA. Melinda’s waiting on the go-ahead to post it.

I was an army brat, so I was never taught that skin color made people different.  It was only after I became a "civilian" that I saw and heard how others acted.  As for any other difference...aren't we all just humans in the end?  

It shouldn't matter what we worship, who we love, how big we are.  

I guess I'm just a trouble-maker for the right side.  I'm always laying my neck on the line when I feel someone has been wronged.

Maybe someday I'll be seen as the good guy/gal!

Until then I'll be doing what I've been doing - getting involved in life, even if it means speaking out!

I am now more impressed with Romeo. He can play so beautifully. ^^

Sorry for my lack of participation and such lately...

Okay so I thought that taintedmangowould have taken care of this but I was wrong. Anyways cinemabizarreusa.com was down for roughly a month or so. This is because we hadn't bpaid te bill and that site's main site requires money to run. Te message bored doesn't though and so the message board was unharmed, yet the site was down. Anyways, the site's up in full now and we are working on ensuring that the site doesn;t go down again, but you see, she's a poor college student and I am a poor loser with a minimum wage job, so we don't have a bunch of cash. But none-the-less we are working on ensuring that the site doesn't go down again, and here's how: we'll be opening up a donation thing through paypal, and an online shop.

Now due to copy writ stuff the online shop will not feature items that say "Cinema Bizarre", any of the member's faces, names, symbols, or slogans associated with the band. This is because we don't want to be sued. however there will be nifty little nick-nack such as cell phone charms and straps, tote bags, cosmetic bags,costume jewelry, and other such things. We're not sure yet if we can use "CBUSA" on items, but it we can I'm sure there will be a T-shirt or something with that name on it.

PS most of the charms and various other stuff will probably be on the cuter side of things, because that is what I am best at, none the less I'll toughen it out as best I can.

Good news.

I got a phone call at 5:00 pm.  Car is ready.  

It was not a difficult decision...trick or treaters...or a one hour drive to go get the car....

so, Trick-or-treat is over and I now have like tons of halloween candy.
